Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays — our plants (and people) need rest too.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address and the carrier’s schedule. While we do our best to estimate arrival dates, carrier delays and weather events are outside our control.

Where We Ship

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey, leaf by leaf.

Delivery Issues
If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. If the mystery remains unsolved, reach out to us — we’ll help however we can, but please note that carrier errors are outside our direct control.

Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to replace the item or process a refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping & Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we made a shipping error. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
