Refund Policy
We want you to be just as happy with your plant goodies as your monstera is when it unfurls a new leaf. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Refund Policy - the basics
Eligibility for Returns
You can return most unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Items that can’t be returned include:
- 
Sale or clearance items 
- 
Gift cards 
- 
Custom or made-to-order pieces 
Condition of Returned Items
Items need to come back to us in the same condition you received them — unused, undamaged, and looking as fresh as a well-watered pothos. If your item comes back in “seen better days” shape, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Send us an email at luxuryleaftx@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about why you’re returning the item. We’ll send you the return instructions and address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives looking less than perfect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider might take a little longer to post it.
